Looking for someone/service who can help with page load performance problems

I am having problems of performance lately.

I already did the standard configurations smarty CCCs, database repair/optimize, moving images, using of small size images etc etc.

 

I am looking for someone with much more expertise than me to help solving it.

I want to sort it out before going to CDN (paid) solution or trying moving to other hosting.

 

My actual hosting is Bluehost.
