I think I understand what the problem is, is ignored by css and js files from the folder with the theme of prestacoder and are loaded from the default.

For example blockuserinfo.css must be loaded from here:

themes/prestacoder_blacknwhite/css/modules/blockuserinfo/blockuserinfo.css
