cfz2296286 Posted December 16, 2012 Share Posted December 16, 2012 When a customer has a voucher and they go to my account and then click on the "my vouchers" it shows nothing. but when they go to checkout the voucher code is available for them to use. As I tested, I think the function of "setup a vouchers on particular products" failed. fskrdla Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) I am having the same problem, but it is sending out the automatic email with the voucher code. The voucher does not show up in customer's account in back office or front. Both places say "does not have any vouchers." But they can enter the code and it works.
