When a client adds a voucher code in the box, the code is applied but it takes too long for the page to show it, and i have no clue why it takes too long

Hello PS community, I'm looking for a module(s) that must have these 2 functionalities... 1. Uses vouchers as payment method. So i'm working for a company that generated, for example, 100 vouchers of 20€, 1 use only and no other exceptions, so the problem is.. if I use them as the "traditional way" (normal discount codes) this codes could generate orders of 0.00€ resulting in picking and billing problems after integrating with the system. My idea is to create a payment method where the client rendeem the voucher and use it as a credit card or paypal. 2. Permit multiple payment methods. If I find a solution to the first problem I must have a module that permits multiple payment options for the remaining amount. Hope i've been clear. Thank you for your attention. Regards, -
Bonjour à tous, je viens de remarquer quelque chose qui me perturbe... je créé un code promo, je le paramètre et je décide de ne pas le mettre en avant ! (code qui sera donné au coup par coup après une inscription sur instagram) le code ne s'affiche donc pas sous le champs "bon de réduction" dans le récapitulatif de commande ! jusque la normal c'est ce que je veux ! par contre le code s'affiche dans la section "mon compte" > "mes bons de réductions" ! perso ça je trouve pas ça normal "vue que on ne souhaite pas le "mettre en avant" alors l'idée serait "je pense" aller modifier le fichier "discount.tpl" en y ajoutant une condition d'affichage à la ligne : <td class="discount_code">{$discountDetail.code}</td> et remplacer par <td class="discount_code">{if $xxxxx == 1}{$discountDetail.code}{/if}</td> le problème, c'est que je ne trouve pas la variable utilisé lorsque l'on paramètre le bouton "mettre en avant" si je ne me trompe, ce bouton devrait enregistrer un 1 ou 0 dans la bdd et pourrait donc être récupéré et utilisé en condition d'affichage ? non ? merci pour votre aide ou vos pistes version presta: 1.6.0.11

Hello Teams, Vouchers not appearing in customers account -> my vouchers. but they work properly when manual input the voucher code in everywhere. I tried below and found some information: if create voucher manually to that customer, on same day customer can see the voucher in my vouchers. after 1 days, the voucher and other old voucher cannot be see in my vouchers but still can use. then I tried goto mysql to manual change one voucher date to current date, all of the vouchers can be see again in my vouchers, it seem the coding only show all vouchers while have one voucher's from date is set to current date. Could anyone tell me what php file control discount.tpl ? it is related to {if isset($cart_rules) or controllers/front/DiscountController.php? I am using PrestaShop 1.6.1.17 with custom theme and i have enabled discounts in my store. The problem is that the user is not seeing nor his personal vouchers (set in "Cart rules->Conditions->limit to single user") nor any other (e.g. for all users) under his "Account->Myvouchers". Although the user can see offers (limited for him and those for everyone) inside cart, I still want to show those under his account management. I tried to play around with smarty variables in "discount.tpl" and it shows these settings: isset($cart_rules): 1 count($cart_rules): 0 $nb_cart_rules: 1 Inside "DiscountController.php" I pass these to the view: $this->context->smarty->assign(array( 'nb_cart_rules' => (int)$nb_cart_rules, 'cart_rules' => $cart_rules, 'discount' => $cart_rules, // retro compatibility 'nbDiscounts' => (int)$nb_cart_rules // retro compatibility )); In MYSQL the table "pscm_configuration" did not have entry "PS_CART_RULE_FEATURE_ACTIVE", so I add it and set value "1" to it. This did not help either. What else can I try?

Witajcie ... Używam OPC od X13 oraz kodów rabatowych (Reguły ustalania cen) i mam problem jak to wygląda w OPC. Mam kod rabatowy "X" - daje bezpłatną dostawę powyżej jakiejś kwoty dla konkretnych przewoźników (Poczta Polska) i konkretnych krajów docelowych . W zależności od ustawienia X13 OPC (mamy 3 ustawienia wyglądu), działa to tak samo. W sekcji gdzie jest koszyk, pojawia sie kod z automaty, akceptuje go .... i wtedy jest problem. Kod nie działa z uwagi na to, że domyślnie jest inny przewoźnik zaznaczony. Jak ustawie ten typ transportu jako domyślny to też nie działa. A dokładnie OPC nie wie, że jest zaznaczony na stronie jako domyślny (jest kropka) i dopiero zmiana na dowolnego innego przewoźnika i powrót z powrotem na tego darmowego skutkuje akceptacją kodu .... Szukam rozwiązania tego problemu, lub innego modułu, który ogarnie mi to na światowym poziomie. Czyli: jak wklepie kod rabatowy, a koszyk jest pierwszy ... potem jest sekcja transportu. To nie będzie krzyczał, że kod nie pasujący, tylko zmieni ustawienia w dalszej czesći tak by ten darmowy był domyślny. Dodatkowo oczekuje by "darmowa" wysyłka była osobno wyszczególniona jako rabat kwotowy.

Salve, versione 1.7.2.4 i buoni sconto in evidenza venivano visualizzati regolarmente nel riassunto del carrello e anche nel processo di acquisto, dopo aggiornamento a 1.7.3, non vengono più elencati subito dopo la barra dei buoni sconto. Spero qualcuno sappia il motivo o meglio ancora la soluzione, grazie community! -
I'm stumped. I'm running 1.7.1.2. I'm trying to create a discount/cart rule/voucher/coupon code - whatever you want to call it - that will give our customers a $1.99 discount on each and every item of a group of items. We sell beef jerky (www.bubbascarolinajerky.com) and we want them to get that discount on any of our regular size bags. But I can only get it to work on a single bag. If they buy more than one bag it only takes off a total of $1.99. Is there any way to do this? It seems like it should be so simple! I moved from livesite which isn't really a shopping cart system with very limited features - and they could do this! So I am shocked that this seems to be so difficult. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks,

Hi all, I'm using module discountgenerator for generating vouchers for clients. I'm also using this module for generating many unique codes discount-generator I wonder if anyone know where in database I can find date of use specific code ? iI believe it should be somewhere conected with the cart? -
Hi all, When I try to create a new voucher, I notice that there are now a few problems on the page. Tabs do not work and all tabs are shown on one page (see attached screenshot). Unable to select a customer. Date calendar popups do not work. Unable to add/remove Restrictions. We are using PS 1.6x with Jakiro theme from Themeforest. Apart from the Jakiro Modules that are installed, we have also installed Paypal and Amazon payment modules. All of this was working perfectly when we tested it after a fresh PS install + theme install + paypal install. I hope someone can help. Thanks all

Hi Hoping for some help here! I would like to set up a discount to go across 2 types of products with a minimum, Basically the deal is buy 3 or more jackets & Trousers and receive 20% off - i have allocated the selected products into a category (wolf wedding store, not active as yet). I had this working except it was going across the whole category which has socks, shoes, ties etc however i need it to go across the certain product types (jackets & Trousers) in this category. Any ideas? I have tried setting the cart rule. but it doesnt work? Unless im doing something wrong? Is this discount to complex for the system? thanks Giulia

Hello, one of my customers has presented me a problem laying in PS 1.5 and I found no solution to this apart from open requests left unresolved on the forum and issuetracker. Suppose you have a shop with a number of items on sale with reduced prices. Say you are placing these on sale items in a specific category (named, say, "on sale") or that you are ticking the "sale" flag to active the "on sale" icon, or even both things. Now suppose you create a new cart rule (voucher) to give a discount of 25% to all products... of course you do not want to apply this discount on items already on sale. Well, it seems there is absolutely no way to avoid this. If one gets the voucher, she will get the 25% off discount even on items on sale. I think that an option on cart rules saying: "exclude items on this category: ----" or "exclude items marked 'on sale' " would do the job, but it's not there. I think this is a very common case. Perhaps I am tackling the issue in the wrong way? Hope to get a few suggestions, thanks in advance -

Hi, hope you can help I have found that when I issue a voucher of the type x% off - it works fine But when I issue a voucher for a specific amount, it doesn't work. Suppose the total basket is 1000, and the customer uses a voucher worth 100. The site correctly asks for payment of the balance, 900, which the customer pays. But when the customer returns from the payment processor (payfast.co.za) to my prestashop site it goes to the my-account page, without this order completed. It remains an abandoned cart. Please help! (As mentioned above if the voucher is of the type 10% off, it returns to the order-confirmation page, correctly. All non-voucher orders also work perfectly) Any help would be most appreciated. On PS 1.5.5.0 / Default theme. I created Cart Rule to give Free Shipping on orders $99 or more with shipping within the United States but this is not working for me. 1) Free Shipping doesn't apply in the summary after selecting United States, State, Postal code. Why? 2) Then If I enter an actual voucher number in the BO. Hello everybody, I stumbled upon a bug (?) in the discount.tpl: In line 53 (of the default template) there is this expression: {convertPrice price=$discountDetail.value} But it does not convert the price correctly, just substitutes one currency sign by another, but not re-calculating the value of the voucher. Now there IS a difference between € 5,00 and $ 5.00 and £ 5.00 ... For the time being I changed the expression to: € {$discountDetail.value} thus not converting the values of the vouchers in the listing at all, showing the (correct) €-values only, but that's not the smartest solution. Has anyone an idea how to change the discount.tpl (or the associated .php file) to have the values converted to different currencies correctly? Thank you! -
Hi everybody, I don't usually use more than 1 cart rule, but testing a template on 1.5.3.1 lead me to an unexpected result. I thought "priority" was meant to be used to trigger vouchers consecutively, so that I would have been able to get a 10 euros discount first, and then a 50% out of this new value. At the opposite of my assumptions, i found myself in this situation. Products value. 100 euros voucher with priority 1: 10 euros discount voucher with priority 2: 50% discount and the final amount was 40 euros, not 45. is this the way cart rules priorities are supposed to work? or is it a bug which has not yet been fixed from 1.5.2? Hi In prestashop 1.4, a customer could login and see and apply the voucher code during the checkout process. But for some weird reason, in 1.5 he can see only voucher name, which makes no sense since he needs to apply the code and not the name. And more confusing is the fact that you can click on the voucher name and it adds itself into the voucher entry box. So, anyone knows how to get the code to display instead of name, since that would be more logical. -
Upgraded from PS 1.4 to 1.6.0.7 One problem: When I go in the backoffice to "Price Rules", I have 3 options: 1. vouchers 2. catalogue price rules 3. marketing The first option however should be 'cart rules' (to set vouchers). But it's not there and the label is voucher instead of cart rules. When I click on the button 1 ('vouchers'), I get an error saying 'Controller not found'. See attachment. I've tried to find out if it's a translation problem, but can't find it. Is this a bug? Anybody recognizes this problem? I'm really in need of an answer, vouchers (cart rules) are important!! cartrule.pdf -
There seems to be a cosmetic bug with the PayPal module in PS 1.4.8.2 When I go through the checkout (on the sandbox and production), it will show the order summary in the left column just fine. However when I try to add a voucher to my cart and check it out again the summary is blank. The totals are showing correctly though. Update: There seems to be another issue with the descriptions, when I add gift wrapping it shows the giftwrapping ($3.00) with the Tax description as GST only (it's an Australian currency based store). It's set up as no tax in the settings by the way. While the totals are correct the order summary is misleading/confusing, not to mention that it looks unprofessional not being able to generate a proper order summary. I was hoping to use a Cart Rule for "Cheapest product" and apply a % discount, however I then realized that it does't choose the cheapest product from the required products which I have in the "Conditions > Product Selection", but applies it to the cheapest product in the cart. Here is what I need to do: I want to offer "Buy 1 Get 1 Free", but only from a certian category, and on a max of 2 products. If a third product is added from this category it cannot have a discount applied, so an "Order" value disocunt of 50% will not work because this will apply 50% to all products from this category. I tried using the "Cheapest product" option and applied a 100% discount value, but as mentioned above, if there are other items in the cart that are less value, these are the ones that the discount is applied to. I have specified the Products that the rule can be applied to in the "Conditions > Product Selection", so I would have thought that these are the only products that the discount can be applie to. Should this not be that case, or can anyone advise another way to achieve this? Many thanks in advance... -
Is there a way to configure a single voucher to reduce prices by a set amount for more than one item? For example, one voucher to reduce the price of a sticker from $3 to $2 and a shirt from $20 to $15 and a glass from $10 to $8? I think I can do this by creating a voucher for each item but that's a pain for me and the end user as well. Any options? Thanks!
