mbegunok Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 Please help. I created 3 cart rules. First - with cart from 100$ -3%, second from cart of 200$ -5% and one promocode fo 10$. When I place items in basket, I always have discount for first promotion - 3 %. All additional discounts also gives me +3% For example - in basket I have goods for 250$ Then I applied promocode for 10$, What I can see as total item 300$ Discount1 - 9$ Discount 2 -9$ Promocode -9$ What is wrong? Muad'Dib Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 Hello, You may need to set priorities with your two cart rules about amount and make sure to have them uncombinable with each others. The highest discount for the highest cart amount needs to have the highest priority over the smaller one. The 10$ voucher on the contrary has to be compatible with the other two if that is what you want (that's what I understood from your description). Hope this helps. Cheers!
