unnament Posted December 12, 2012 Share Posted December 12, 2012 (edited) Hello, I use PrestaShop 1.5.2 with PayPal Payment 3.4 I configured everything like: username API, pass API, signature API I choosed paypal express, Direct sales (recommended) and i didnt choose PayPal Sandbox. When someone try to pay with paypal, i get error: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2012-12-12T16:38:01ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete.L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PLEASE HELP! When i try to test with Sandbox, everything is allright... so whats the problem then?
