preerp10 Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Some customers just can't figure out how to order online but they're trying to complete their order by email which just isn't secure and opens up the door to so many mistakes and miscommunications with the order. I've been looking for a way to open up a new cart for a customer without knowing any of their personal details such as address or payment info but I will have most of what they want to order. I would like to be able to send them a link so that they can review the cart, adjust quantities if needed and go through the checkout process. I know later versions give the option of adding an order but I'm looking more just to create a cart because I won't have their information. Any ideas?
