Errors on every page running 1.5.2

Hi everyone,

 

i am getting this error on every page i land on

 

 

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /home/smart793/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 281

 

but after i refresh the page it comes out fine on the second time.

and if i leave errors off on config i get 500 error.

 

Any ideas?
