bwinterman
Hey everyone, I am not sure what to do. Live site. I am using a 5 step checkout. Step 1 asks them to estimate shipping. If they pick their country, it forces them to use the carrier for that zone. When they put in their address on the next step, it still keeps whatever carrier they had chosen on step 1. This makes it so people can pay for US shipping, then put in their address anywhere in the world, and still pay the US shipping rates. Please, Please help!
romast
I also don't need the Estimate Shipping when placing an order, it shows all my carriers and asks for Country and ZipCode. How to disable this?
bwinterman
Hey Romast, I finally figured out MY problem in that even though I had the country Canada moved to it's new zone, the states within Canada were still marked as US. Problem solved. As for your issue, you can disable the estimate shipping by going to the Modules and disabling the module for it. Just go to Modules and then shipping modules and you should see it.
benjamin utterback
Hello romast, bwinterman is correct, you are able to disable that module. Thank you for the solution, I will go ahead and mark this thread as SOLVED. Thank you for choosing PrestaShop!
