Require: Charge VAT on shipping per item

Hi,

 

I am looking for a module, which can be used to charge VAT on the shipping price per item.

 

What I mean by this is my customer sells both childs and adult clothing. She needs to pay VAT for the adults clothes but not for the childs. However she also has to pay VAT on shipping for adults clothes, but doesn't pay VAT on shipping of shilds.

 

So if VAT is set to 20% and someone buys 3 adult clothes and 2 childrens clothes and the total excl. VAT for shipping is £5, then that person would be charged £5 / 5 * 3 * 0.2 = £0.60 for VAT

 

If anyone has a module which does this, or would be interested in developing one, then please get in touch with an idea of price. I can provide more in-depth details if required.
