itsnotreet Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 Hi all, would really appreciate some guidance here. a-spares.co.uk set up product combinations (see here http://a-spares.co.u...n-element-.html) and the price does not update although the correct price is passed to the cart. Redone the combinations hundreds of times and the strange thing is the exact same settings work on my local server but not on the live site! Driving me insane could anyone take a look? Shauren Posted March 19, 2013 Share Posted March 19, 2013 We had a similar problem when the combination price re-calculation just stopped working one day. We changed the setting Smart Cache for Javascript to "Keep JavaScript as Original" in the Back Office > Preferences > Performance and this fixed the problem for us. I think if we cleared the CCC cache manually then this would probably fix the underlying cause but we don't want to change things as the site has a lot of combinations and it works fine now.
