Hi,

Just discovered i have exactly the same problem in my shop. I also see that for some reason the paypal logo changes by "itself" no matter what logo you have picked. No idea yet what the problem can be but i'm checking.

Update.... If I pay with credit card or bank transfer using those options in the paypal paymet process the virtual product e-mails do arrive as expected.... if a customer pays with paypal (using their own paypal account) the virtual product e-mail doesn't arrive.

I guess this could be related to the paypal module. All other payment methods are working fine and e-mails are sent as soon as the payment is accepted.

No. paypal sends the customer an e-mail with the transaction details. That comes from paypal directly. Not from your shop.

Your shop should send an invoice and a "download" link among other e-mail messages. In my case the invoice is sent but not the download link.

I think the paypal module is not "triggering" the right function to send such "download" e-mail. I'm not a developer and i am only connecting details i have found around the forums.

As far as I know, all other payment methods work fine sending all other e-mails: order confirmation, payment accepted, virtual product download, etc.
