Carolina Custom Designs Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 I'm not sure if there is a better module for this but my first thought is that you could use the 'Featured Products on the homepage' module and set it to only display a single item. This is assuming you want the process (i.e. that of adding the product) semi-automated. If you want to manually add the product you could use a module like our Multi Block module that will allow you to add the product and position it wherever you want. Marty Shue Ill try to clone home featured is a good idea. but is it easy as copy paste it into FTP as a second module just rename the folder for example to homefeatured2? will it works? tx for reply. or must i rename all folders and files ? No, it is not this simple. or must i rename all folders and files ? Yes and then some. You will need to change all the references to 'homefeatured' to your new cloned module name. I succesfully clone that module, BUT if change the number of products to display. It will change in both modules. why? i renamed all files homefeatured to homefeatured2.
