Problem with the site maintenance page

Hi I've an problem with my site configured with prestashop 1.5.2, when I put the site in maintenance mode not appair the maintenance message and site logo, but an message error:

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Have an solution at this error?
