chriswiseman Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 Hi I run a store on version 1.4.7.3 We sell Wiper Blades and the site is built on quite a complicated category structure. There are 150 approx products and these can be attached to a range of categories (each a vehicle model). I have a bizzare problem - We had a company add the initial categories to the products - everything went fine. We are now further refining the category structure and the company have a problem when updating categories which I have also verified. For around half of our products, on the product edit page, the category listing is showing fine and they can easily add the products to new categories. However, on the other half on the product edit page, the category list is missing and is visible nowhere. All products are configured in exactly the same way so I have absolutely no idea what is causing the problem. Has anybody experienced this before or got any ideas on a fix?
