kuskov Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 Hello folks, i have just managed to update my shop from 1.3.5 to 1.4.9 and i saw a lot of topics about the problem with the categories in the back office. After a long work i found out what was the problem: The old prestashop core was working with the "ps_category_lang.position" and the new core is working with "ps_category.position". So if someone has problem by showing categories and category tree please check your database. If you have no column named "position" in table "ps_category", just copy it from this table "ps_category_lang"! Hope it helps!
