Challenging problem with Presta 1.5 customer registration

when i try to add a product to cart then proceed with checkout process, things go smoothly with Chrome & Firefox,

but

when using IE, registration page become dead and even new disabled fields are shown..

 

appreciate your help as i'm struggling with this,

it's not an AJAX problem nor Jscript as per my diagnose

 

any ideas..
