help please - featured prod module down...

hi guys,

so spent many days customizing the webshop and all was working fine until now... we are about to launch and...

issue occurred just now - was working fine until a few hours ago, no changes made.

 

Went to do some checks, clicked on product details and got this error:

every product page is down!!

 

got onto hosting support and was advised issue in on the module side..

 

disgusted and not sure what to do.. been a bumpy road but this..

 

what could have gone wrong here? its a free template too so guess no support....

just to add to the above - here's what hosting support came back with:

panic is gone

 

disabled jirafe module and its back up working again! thats definitely not coming back up any time soon.

 

guess its a bug in the module?

Well just went to URL and all seemed fine.

it is now again - been down for a few hours and just did not make any sense. after posting here went on to start disabling modules and seems like jirafe caused it.

either that or my lack of knowledge how to set it up properly tho it was working for 2 days and suddenly crashed..
