Horizontal menu display in IE and Firefox

Hi,

 

I have a problem in relation to the display of my horizontal menu in IE and Firefox:

 

- In IE it does not appear on the page other than the index page. In fact, the links in this menu are displayed, but presented as if there were no css.

 

- In firefox, the display is correct, but the links bloc is now placed above my search bar.

 

I think that I'm not the only one with this kind of problem but nobody could find an answer.
