The above payment module for MyGate has issues with IE (Internet Explorer), Issue is explained below. Customer gets to checkout page, say order total is R100. Customer decides to cancel transaction as they want to include another product or up the qty. Customer checkout, the cart amounts now R200, they hit the payment method and redirects to payment page. The payment page displayed last amount: R100, amount doesn't update to R200. The same happens if the customer logs out and logs back in again. Last payment is cached somehow, somewhere. I have tried various changes to the store template, also disabling CSS & JS. I have also tried and changed caching on PrestaShop. Hello, when I add product to cart on internet explorer, and when i want to realize order, od add another product to cart, all products in cart disappear. This happens only when I am as a guest.

Buongiorno a tutti, sto riscontrando un problema con il mio negozio online (prestashop version 1.5.6.0). Ovvero, da quando ho impostato un'immagine di sfondo (che deve restare fissa), utilizzando la rotella del mouse per fare lo scrolling, vedo tale immagine scattare come se volesse spostarsi, per poi tornare istantaneamente al suo posto. Succede SOLO in Internet Explorer, qualsiasi versione. Mentre Chrome e Firefox lo fanno funzionare correttamente. Non ho usato nessun plugin per lo sfondo, ho modificato a mano il file global.css del tema Default. In altra parti ho visto diversi tentativi di modifica di codice .PHP ma non essendo molto ferrato in quel campo, non volevo combinare ulteriori guai. Qualcuno sa darmi un consiglio o una soluzione? Esiste magari un plugin che faccia tutto in automatico e mi imposti uno sfondo, che deve essere fisso, senza artefatti grafici? Grazie in anticipo.

And in google Chrome (or Firefox etc) works perfectly or at least it seems so ^^'' The real problem is Internet Explorer. When i use it and i scroll with the mouse wheel, the background "juggles". Hi, I have an issue with the logout in my prestashop. For many browsers the user cannot log out anymore once logged in. When clicking on the link, nothing is happening. It is not working for the latest releases of Firefox, IE11, Opera. But is working with Safari Browser on my ipad. I use prestashop Version: 1.5.6.1 (with a custom Theme from Silbersaiten.de) Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks

Hi everyone! I'm having a very weird problem, that is driving me crazy. When you enter the shopping cart in Chrome / Firefox, the categories block in the left menu looks normal. Like this: http://i.imgur.com/O8oxYoi.jpg But when you enter the shopping cart on Internet Explorer, the categories block is empty. It is there, but it is empty. See here: http://i.imgur.com/p65KeSP.jpg I have tried for hours to fix this but I simply can't find the issue. Btw. it does not make a difference if the cart is empty or not - the problem is the same. Anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance

Hi, The problem i facing is when i click on button "write your review" then it shows only back screen without fancy box popup window that problem happening only in chrome and IE but its working fine in firefox. When i try to open up the code window using inspect element its showing all the codes related to "Customer Commets" module but popup not showing. Please See image attached. Help Please. Hola, buenas tardes Tengo un problema realmente raro en mi equipo con mi tienda. Desde Chrome (version 39.0) y desde IE (versión 11.09) NO me deja acceder al panel de administración. Si pongo el user o pass mal SÍ me dice que están mal pero en cuanto la pongo bien, se queda cargando y vuelve al logado del back, es decir, te borran el user y pass y no te deja acceder. Desde Firefox SÍ puedo acceder perfectamente. ¿podéis ayudarme? He probado de todo, borrar archivos temporales, cookies... ¡TODO! Gracias, Miguel

HI, First thanks to this forum for all the problems it has helped me solve so far without posting! I have managed to get everything working on firefox, but when I view the front end on chrome or IE the products do not display. You can see the prices and a blank photo in catagory view, but there is no title and when you click on an item it says 'page not found'. I have tried different themes including the default one and the problem is the same. I have also tried clearing the history on the browsers and I have tried 'clear smarty cache & autoload cache option' in prestashop without sucess. I am running version 1.5.6.1 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I just created a website with the version 1.6.0.6 with the default theme and slide. I have a problem with the slide, but affects only the view for Internet Explorer. In Chrome and Firefox correctly displays the slide and the two images of the theme beside, but in IE the image of the slide is not seen, but the two images of the theme are displayed perfectly. The funny thing is that if I minimize (change size) browser then slide the image itself is displayed. The only changes I made were the image size of 779x448 to 834x420 slide and eliminated the other two images per defecte, that was a to static picture, just slide touch settings for BO, but not touched the CSS code or JS to look good in other browsers. By not run again start installing the module, but the problem is maintained and apparently had initialized the cache. Can you think may be going on? Je viens de trouver un bug sur ma boutique qui est sous Prestashop 1.5.6.2 Lorsqu'on tente d'aller sur la page /historique-des-commandes sous Internet Explorer, c'est redirigé automatiquement vers /mon-compte. Du coup, impossible d'aller sur cette page sous IE. En revanche, sous Firefox, Chrome ou Opera, aucun souci. J'ai changé l'url et mis à la place /historique-de-commandes et ça fonctionne bien sous IE. Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée d'où ça peut venir ? Pourquoi la redirection ne pose problème que sous IE ?

Was just on my website looking for a link to tweet. And it seems in internet explorer 9 its all messed up. It was perfect last night. Looked correct and everything. Its only messy in internet explorer. I've checked firefox, crome and safari. Everything is on CCC as needed. I've cleared the cache. Ive deleted my history/ cookies. Hi, I found my website did not work properly on IE and Firefox, but works on Chrome. When I try to login, it does not redirect me to the account page. Also, when I try to the item to cart it overlaps the item on cart. When I do check out the cart is empty. Can somebody tell me what's wrong with it? Im not sure how long this issue has been happening because we are using all mac here but a customer recently contacted us and told us that the state field is not working on regestration or quick checkout. He is using IE. It seems other browsers work around this issue but not IE. anyone have a fix? website is www.apostolicclothing.com

Boa tarde, me deparei com uma situação que estou perdido. A versão da minha loja é 1.5.4.1 e estava funcionando normal, mas alguns clientes (e eu em teste) vimos que quando inserimos nosso login e senha para logar nos navegadores Chrome e Mozila não acontece nada, não loga, simplesmente nada e mesmo se eu quero colocar um produto no carrinho ele diz que o carrinho esta vazio. No Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari esta normal, alguém ai me ajuda? como devo proceder? Já limpei o cash no back office mas nada adiantou, tb limpei o cache nos meus navegadores. Fico no aguardo!
