rafamerida Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 Hi mates, I have enabled the module "Product Comments" in my site, but when I click the "Add review" links in any product page, it doesn't launch the popup window. Have checked that the system outputs the HTML to the page, thus it must be a problem affecting to jquery or javascript. Noticed that the HTML doesn't call to "productcomments.js" file, have tried also to hardcode the file link in the <head> of the site. The result was that it didn't work, and got a console error (some function not defined)... The comments form is in the HTML inside a "display:none" div, but haven't seen how to initialize the fancybox. Looked that the initialization jquery code is inside the productcomments.js file, and if I try to manually call the fancybox, nothing happens. The fancybox files are present, and some other functions like "send to a friend" are working OK using fancybox. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
