[SOLVED] Cart doesn't work

Hi all

 

I'm a newbie and highly surprised from PrestaShop; it's just an awesome tool!

Now, here we go with my problem (won't be the last one ):

 

As I test my shop and add a iPod shuffle to my cart, my cart shows 1 product.

But: As soon as I click on Check Out, it shows me an empty Cart

 

Where could the source of this problem be?

Edit: Could it be a cach problem? Because registration doesn't work either. I can create a new account, but can't login after.

Hi,

For me the problem is only in Firefox and Chrome. Which browser are you using?

Also, check if you can even add more than 1 product to the cart... I can't. The cart empties when any action is taken.

 

People posted that deleting cookies solved the problem for them. For me it didn't work.

 

Please let me know about the other symptoms or if you find a solution.

 

Anyone else has this problem? or a fix?

Hi Chris

 

Doesn't matter which browser I'm using... the problem always appears. And yep, I can't add more then one article either.

Delete cookies --> doesn't help, as I clear always my cach when I close my browsers.

 

Now I will try to turn off geo localisation and https.

 

We'll see, keep ya updated.

Friend of mine thinks, it could be a PHP related problem. Server and prestashop should use the same version. Will post this on your thread.

if this is on a remote server...then open a bug report on forge...this is the best way to get ps support for problems like this..

It's strange but everything works fine at the moment and I haven't changed anything. Will try it tomorrow at work with IE, we'll see if it still works. Keep you updated. Cheers

Well it's strange. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. There are still some inconstancies.
