Foel Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 Hello, I have found much similar problem with this on Forum or Bug Report. I tried every possible way to fix this error on my site, but nothing happened, the problem still persist. My problem is: The customer cannot register to the site, they can see the Login and account creation page, but when they enter the email and hit "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT" button, nothing happened. I tried this by myself, and when i refresh the page I got an error message pop up said: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error I also enabled guest checkout on my site, the same problem is, after entering guest information on the form, and I hit "Continue" button, it lead to nothing but only the blank page. There are some member on the Forum said, that this error occurred because of Mobile Theme, disabling mobile theme will fix this error, but I can't get my problem solved even I tried to disabled mobile theme. Have you installed any modules and themes? This information would help us a lot. I have upgrade an 1.4.3 to 1.5.2 i have solved the problem to disable mobile theme all are ok !
