Jimmyfr Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 Hi I'm having trouble with the upgrade. I've followed all of the instructions very carefully. I've backed up everything and moved my backups to the new folder etc. When I go to the installer, I can choose upgrade and agree to the terms, but there is no next button for me to start the installations. The last line of the page is the agree to terms check box. Any suggestions would be a great help as my shop is now offline. rturner Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 It sounds like you're doing a manual upgrade like this. I don't know the solution, but I'm sure it's happened to me before. My normal workaround is to repeat every single step and see what happens. I've even been known to re-ftp the entire thing. Otherwise, try the auto-upgrade. As far as I remember there even was a function that enabled migration from database. Otherwise you will have to make an extensive search through the Internet.
