MetroWeb Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 Using PrestaShop™ 1.5.2.0 After ordering a virtual product and logging into My Account >> Order History and clicking on Order Reference number link or the details link there should be a Javascript Popup Window that displays the link to access the download of the virtual product. The Javascript Popup Window is not working. We click the above referenced links and nothing happens. Help would be greatly appreciated. Everything else seems to be operating properly.
