User passwords after importing data from Virtuemart

I have imported user details from my old site using Virtuemart to Prestashop by splitting the user data into the 2 tables ps_customer and ps_address, I used csv files and imported them.

 

All needed fields have correct data now except passwd and secure_key, I expected that a user could retrieve a new password but this doesn't seem to work.

 

The link the user gets is like:

 

 

index.php?controller=password&token=-1&id_customer=1263

 

 

but this is an empty page.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
