Gift Certificates/Vouchers

I'm trying to find a gift card module. Can anyone recommend one that might do the following?

 

1. ability to be purchased on website and emailed to customer

2. ability to deduct balances and keep track of remaining balances

3. create gift cards from the back office

4. csv option to import or export all gift cards created

 

Are there any gift card modules that also has voucher/coupon capabilities that feature the following?

 

1. to only include specific categories

2. to generate a one-time use coupon

3. to apply a coupon value to entire cart, and be able to support another coupon to apply to the remainder of that cart

 

Any and all advice welcome! Please let me know what the modules functionalities are!

 

Last thing, I'm using version: 1.5.2.0

Hi, i know a mode (excusme for bad english), you make a product (example : gift card £ 100 ) and your costumer buy it, you make a voucher with the code and discount price £ 100, when your costumers use the code, the gift card will be destroyed and the import of the order are "0".

I tryed this mode on my e-shop and works !
