I'm trying to create coupons for my store. I have approx. 60 I need to create, most of which are a discount for the entire store minus a few sales categories. I was able to create a few and tried to run a test. However, a few things came to my attention that I need to find help with. When I add the first coupon, everything runs smoothly, but when I add in a second coupon, it takes off the same amount as the first coupon as you can see in the attachment.

 

What I want it to do is to take the 10% coupon off the total order first, then apply a second coupon at 20% for the remainder of the order. As you can see in the attachment, I have put a priority on the 10% coupon at 1, and 20% at 4, which I thought would apply the discounts according, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

 

Lastly, I am a little confused about the partial use checkbox. I do not wish for a new coupon to be created, so I have checked the box, but I'm not sure if this affects the aforementioned issues.

 

Another questions is: how do I configure the vouchers to not be available for certain categories: i.e. Hot Sales and it's subcategories, as well as the specials block (daily deals) with its own specific pricing schedule?
