[HELP] Paypal does not charge shipping taxes

Hi

 

I am having a problem that is no more that what i mention in the topic titlle.

 

Client makes an order, makes the complete checkout with all correct information in my website and then when redirected to paypall it charges the product with VAT and the shipping without VAT.

 

how can i solve this?

but i am not able to find the file mentioned by Blutiges

 

I am using an 1.6 adapted version to be able to charge a surcharge for paypal payments.

 

Please help.
