Quantity not being updated for Combinations

We are using Prestashop 1.4.7.3 and within the Back Office, we're trying to create/modify Combination quantities. However, regardless of what we set "Minimum Quantity" to, the Quantity always displays as 0.

 

If we try editing an existing combination and Increase Stock, we get a "An error occurred while updating quantity" error.

 

Any ideas! Thank you!

"Minimum Quantity" and "Quantity" are two different things. Can you tell us what it is that you are trying to accomplish?

I apologize, I was referring to "Initial stock," not "Minimum quantity."

 

We are trying to add a Combination with a specified quantity. For instance, if we have 20 Medium shirts and 50 Large shirts, we would want to add those quantities in the Combinations tab. The Back Office says to do so in the Combinations tab, but it does not seem to be adding any quantity...

Thanks for clarifying. It sounds like you are doing it correct.

 

I tried to replicate the problem on a local install and couldn't. Maybe you could outline the steps you take. Outside of that I'm not sure what to tell you.

Any other ideas? Not sure where to go next with this vs. a clean reinstall....
