Need Help with a Template Modification

1)Add Home Link to Category Menu

 

2)Line Up Add to Cart Buttons

When I click on a top category and it display new products in a row, some titles are truncated and some are not so the Add To Cart buttons are not lined up and it looks a bit sloppy.

 

I am not sure where to go to get the titles to truncate as they do that when viewing a product and there are more products in the same category. In that case the Add to Cart Buttons are all lined up.

3) Fix Quantity Discount Display on the Product View Page

4) Fix Customer Invoice display from the front end.

Both Billing and Shipping addresses are showing on top of each other.
