problem with top horizontal menu

Hi

I have problem with the top horizontal menu. It's showing all the categories and subcategories twice.

That is happening only on the products that are having multiply combinations .

Can anybody help me with this. I am waiting more than a week from developer and nothing is happening. Looks like i have to fix the problem myself. So any suggestion will be appreciated.
