I am trying to send the shipping number of an order in the in_transit email to the customer. The shipping company I have tied up with doesnt have an URL which includes the consignment/shipping number so I want to send the shipping number separately along with the URL. I have tried using the variable {shipping_number} but it didnt work. The variable doesnt get replaced in the email. I looked at the Swift decorator plugin but couldnt find anything. Does anyone know what is the correct variable to use or maybe how to set a new variable for shipping number? thanks in advance! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I tried the solution given here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/148270-solved-add-tracking-number-to-email-template/ and it worked for me. Give it a try and see if it works for you too!
