Hello! I'm wondering if i can make table below features, because i need for my clothing sizes. Or do you have any idea how can i show, how big is S, M ...

Add an attibute 'size,' add attribute values 'S, M...' In combinations tab of a product entry create required combinations.

The example you give is a custom developed web application. It cannot be done with PrestaShop out of the box. You need a module (if there is one, I don't know any) or get a developer to do it for you.
