helpmeplease
Hi, I've been struggling with this and I'm hoping someone can help! In Prestashop, Canada comes under North America. I want to have a different shipping price for Canada. Usually all I have to do is put a Country under a new zone and I can then set a new shipping rate for this zone. I have Canada under it's own new zone in Prestashop called Canada. However every time I register as a Canadian customer to test the shipping it still goes to the default North American Shipping? Even though Canada is not ticked for this carrier? Is there a special rule or issue with Canada in Prestashop? Will Canada always fall inside North America despite the zone being changed? Am I missing something obvious? I'm using Prestashop v1.4.6.2 Thanks in advance Brian Edited October 6, 2012 by helpmeplease (see edit history)
tomerg3
You should move all the states (Shipping->States) that are in Canada to the new zone, they are likely still pointing to North America.
