[solved] URGENT**No products for this manufacturer. Since upgrade

Hi

 

since the 1.5 upgrade, the manufacturer listing on is showing the following for all manufacturer

 

No products for this manufacturer.

However the filter shows them properly and they all show up under the correct manufacturer in my back office.

 

 

It is only in the front office manufacturer list where no products are showing associated.

 

any ideas. I have reindexed everywhere possible

Hi,

 

I'm a total newbie to prestashop so I don't know if this will help.

 

I was having a similar problem earlier this week in PS 1.5 (the same day that you wrote your post). After playing around with the backend settings for a few days, i found that in the backend in Preferences/Products, in the Pagination area, I had my "Default order by" set to manufacturer. When i changed this to anything but manufacturer, my products re-appear on the Manufacturer page.
