Pressed0024 Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 I sometimes send links in customer's order message to direct them to external websites like the postal companies' tracking site, etc. How do I have the URL pasted in backend panel to appear as a hyperlink in customer's email when doing an Order Message? Providers like Gmail will automatically append the hyperlink but some Mail provider ISP do NOT do that and the URL will just appear as text. When you try to insert HTML a href in the backend panel's Order Message, it does not allow you to do so and throws up an error. Any way around this?
