misterManSam Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 Hi, I upgraded from 1.4.9 to 1.5 directly after setting up a brand new Prestashop installation and have made some basic modifications to a 1.4.9 template. I am testing out my new store as a guest. When the order is completed I am presented with the option to track my order. I need to provide the order reference number and the email used for the order. I provide the correct details (which are pre-filled) and I still get the message: "There is 1 error : Please provide your Order Reference" What could be causing this?
