moy2010 Posted September 21, 2012 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Good morning, everyone. I'm trying to upgrade from prestashop 1.4.7.3 to 1.5.0.17 using the 1-click Upgrade module. Almost everything is ready and checked up, except the option that says "Root directory is fully writable". In this option I'm getting an error message saying that the stats folder is not writable. I've tried to change the permissions from my FTP client (FileZilla) with no success. Even using Godaddy's own web-based FTP client. I contacted GoDaddy's help desk, and they said they cannot modify the permissions for this specific folder. I would like to override this error so I can upgrade my prestashop software and start testing it. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance.
