Grant Morgan Posted September 20, 2012 Share Posted September 20, 2012 Hi, I have 3 shipping options within the shipping section, 2 are collect by hand and the 3rd is delivery by royal mail. The problem is that I have set the 'free delivery starts at' to £100 and up to that point all 3 delivery options are available on the shipping page (during check-out), however if the sale is over £100 the royal mail shipping option disappears giving customers the only option to 'collect by hand'. phrasespot Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 When the order is above £100 all paid shipping options are irrelevant as you offer free shipping for order of 100 and above so only remaining carrier displayed are free carriers. If you shipping is price range based, add the range e.g. £100 - £ 100000 to Royal Mail carrier and set shipping price to zero for that range. Also disable the 'free shipping starts at' setting. Now the RM will display for orders above £100 but will show zero cost at checkout. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
