konquer247
Hi, I have just installed prestashop 1.4.9 but I cant seem to find the top menu module in the backoffice or find the blocktopmenu files in the installation folder. Do I have to use the module in the predecessor versions and some how modify it. I hope not. Please any one who knows how to solve this would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance Edited September 12, 2012 by konquer247 (see edit history)
Carolina Custom Designs
If you are talking about a fresh install then blocktopmenu does not come with the 1.4.9 package. You can, however, easily install the module in your new store. It should work just fine. Hope that helps! Marty Shue

Carolina Custom Designs
But from where do I get the files and would it work on the new version. See this thread where Mike offers a top menu module. Or, you can search Addons where you will find lots of nice menu modules. You will need to verify from the module developer(s) that the module you wish to use is compatible with your version of Prestashop. konquer247
Thank youuuuuuuu. That solved my problem, I had the fear that it wouldn't be compatible with this version of prestashop. The next step is to edit the css files to match my needs. Thanks again CCD
