Problem with localization (Czech Republic)

Hello,

 

I have a problem with my Czech installation of prestashop. I simply installed Prestashop 1.4.9.0 and chose Czech Republic as my country. After installation I installed paypal module. It gives me this error when I turn on error reporting:

 

Notice: Undefined index: CZ inC:\xampp\htdocs\prestashop\modules\paypal\paypal_logos.php on line 61

 

Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to PayPalLogos::getLocalLogos() must be of the type array, null given, called in C:\xampp\htdocs\prestashop\modules\paypal\paypal_logos.php on line 61 and defined inC:\xampp\htdocs\prestashop\modules\paypal\paypal_logos.php on line 88

 

Then i tryied to install prestashop again for United states and then the problem disappeared...

there must be problem with localization. The main problem is that some blocks of my prestashop disappear when i install the paypal module. I attach images. I did only standard installation without any changes, I just installed paypal module.
