buggindave Posted September 9, 2012 Share Posted September 9, 2012 Hi there, I have the Customer Followup module on my store at SmallPetFeeders.com set to send emails for all 4 categories once a month. I have a past client that does not wish to receive these emails offering a discount voucher each month, and I have no idea how to remove their email from the list, and the client said there was not an "Opt-out" option on the email sent to him.
