sabio Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Hi, When customers order from Prestahop using the guest check out and then convert to registered customers there's no way for them to track their order as they get this : Your guest account has already been transformed into a customer account. Please log-in to your customer account to view this order, this section is reserved for guest accounts And when they log in they cannot track their order as it was made using the guest check out?
