Newly installed/added payment modules won't appear on checkout

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody

I have installed and working shop based at PS 1.4.8.2.

So far I didn't use PayPal. So the module wasn't installed.

Now I need to add it to the checkout payments options.

I did installet PP module, got it activated and configured.....

And whatever I do, it wont apperar ont FO during checkout.

I even uninstalled it, deleted from the server, downloaded a new version, installed it again.... same issue.

So I decided to try another (not PP) payment module. Same issue.

My conclusion is, that any newly installed and configured payment module, doesn't apperar onto the cart page (it doesn't appear on payments list during checkout). Do I missing something?

Any help please?

Thank you for your reply.

I wasn't exact in my previous post. BO-PAYMENTS, there are 3 blocks to configure/assign payment options.

A part of the problem (the main one probably) is that a newly installed payment modules does not appear there.

So I cant assign any options (countries/currencies/groups restrictions) to newly installed payment modules.

that is very odd and is obviously not helping. I use version 2.8.5 and it's been rock solid. Without being able to get my hands on the source and your site it's difficult to debug as is. When you click show paypment modules does paypal show there? And what version of paypal are you using.
