Voucher only works in Chrome but not other browsers

As topic title. This is a big problem because most of my customers use Firefox or IE.

 

I can't find it as a known issue, but if someone has a fix, please let me know, thanks!

No one will answer your questions, since you did not provide any real information....

 

You may have netter luck if you provide the following info

 

1) What version of PS are you using?

2) Any customization of special theme?

3) Link to your site with a from end account + voucher code.

Theme is "matrice" by dgcraft

I just tried it in Chrome and it did not work at all.

Sorry I had it set up wrong (forgot to put in a number for "total quantity"). It should work now.

That's weird, when I tried it only worked on Chrome and customers have been telling me the codes don't work. Guess I'll have to check if browser versions make any difference and come back if I find anything... thanks tomerg3 for your help!
