Contact Form "Fixed" email address

Hi all, In the contact_form, the first thing you choose is who you want to forward the email to (customer service or webmaster)

 

My question is... what do i change in order to send the contact form to a "fixed" email address?? without letting people choose?? Thanks

 

(Lets say i want to send all the contact forms to customer services but i dont want to delete webmaster from "contacts" because i have another form to send emails to the webmaster)

Is pretty much what i need, looks simple but when i do it, still giving me an error telling me to select a subject from the list when there is no option cos i delete it.... any help??
