mfe_ Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Hello, our chief wants to outsource the whole shipping. So how can this be managed in prestashop? Do I need a module for this? When we get a new order our logistic partner should get the information that there is an order he should shipp. After he shipped the package he has to change the state of the order. If possible our logistic partner should be able to change the state of orders in the prestashop administration. For example from "payment arrived" to "shipped". But he should not be able to change from "payment arrived" to "order chanceld" or "payment arrived" to "waiting for payment" and so on. What can we do for this issue? I think this would have to be custom developed. I do not know of any existing functionality or Add-On's module that can do that task. However, maybe somebody in the community can help. There I display all current orders which he have to process. I list this orders by accessing the prestastop db. When he changes the state of an order I write this in to the prestashop db.
