Seo guru needed

Due to lack of maintenance (perhaps) on our part our website is no longer ranked as high as it used to be...

 

I need an SEO [spam-filter] to help bring our website back to the top

 

I am mainly interested in our local region so there shouldn't be too much issue with getting higher rankings.

 

Probably looking about 5 or so similar keywords such as: car care, car care supplies/products, etc
