Need custom adaptation of One page checkout look

I'm using the OPC module by Canin (http://www.canin.sk/...e-checkout.html) and would like to have it look different than it does now. Live version on my site can be found here: http://www.silvrigast.se

 

Have a look at the attached screenshots of the current look and how I want it to look. Please note the after screenshot is just a very crude version, not the final one. There will be changes and I also expect your input of what looks good and not. I wish to keep my current website theme, just to change this one page.

 

If interested please send a pm with suggestion how much you would like to be paid and timeframe needed for the first draft.
